Are all the positions listed here still open?

All the positions you find online from us are still open. Of course, it may be that we are already a bit further along in the application process for some of the open positions.

What does the information “Location/Hybrid” mean, and is remote work possible?

We are a modern and open IT company. We generally offer flexible working – including your location. However, some positions require regular in-person attendance at the office. During the application process, we will find a solution that works for both of us!

What is the best way to apply?

Please apply online directly via the "Apply Now" button. This greatly simplifies our processes!

What documents should the application include?

Essential are your detailed resume/CV and your most recent certificates.

Can I apply if I don't meet all the requirements?

We are open to your application even if you don't meet all the requirements. However, the basic professional knowledge should be present. For example, if the job posting explicitly states that German is required for the position, we unfortunately cannot consider you if you do not speak German.

How does the application process work?

We want to offer you a quick and straightforward application process. Therefore, you will receive a call or an email from the responsible recruiter within a week of receiving your online application, with whom you will have an initial MS Teams interview. If it’s a match, a further interview with the relevant department will take place soon after. If all questions are answered by that point, we don't hesitate and will offer you a contract.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

If multiple positions match your profile, feel free to apply for several. We coordinate internally and manage your application processes.

Is there an application deadline?

First come, first serve. If you are interested in a position with us, don’t hesitate and apply promptly. There is no deadline, but the position might already be filled if your application arrives too late.

When are our positions to be filled?

When a position is advertised, it is generally to be filled immediately. That means depending on the notice period and availability of the ideal candidate.

Do we address each other by first name?

We definitely address each other by our first names - all the way up to the CEO!
