Application tips
To ensure the application process is as easy as possible, here's some info on the process:
- Step 1:
We receive your documents (resume and certificates) through our online application tool. You can find the "Apply here" button under each of our job postings. - Step 2:
One of our recruiters will get into contact with you. - Step 3:
It’s time to get started! You will have an initial introductory interview with your recruiter. In this conversation, you'll get to know each other better. It's about understanding what you have worked on in previous positions, what makes you tick, and what you value in your professional life. Of course, this conversation is also to answer all of your questions. - Step 4:
If the shoe fits, the next step is a second interview. Someone from your future department or an expert will join this conversation, depending on the situation, the interview may take place via MS Teams or in person at our premises. In some cases, we may ask you to complete a small task to show us your skills! - Step 5:
At last, you will have a final conversation with the team and/or your direct supervisor.
But more importantly, we want you to get a good insight into our culture, your team and your future position.
